About — The Person Behind the Pixels
Hi, I'm Sreyas.
I'm a Computer Science & Engineering student from Bangladesh, and this site is my workshop and my public record. I enjoy engineering the way some people enjoy cooking — part craft, part curiosity, part feeding something real.
My path here started with the usual questions every CS student asks, and then it kept going: what if studying felt less fragmented? That became Uniro. What if a classroom exam could defend itself from cheating without becoming a surveillance drill? That became SmartCT — an AI-assisted, automated examination system I deployed in a real classroom test. What if reporting a pothole felt as easy as texting a friend? That became FixMyCity BD — an AI-powered civic infrastructure platform that reads a complaint in Bangla, English or Banglish and routes it to the right government department.
None of these are résumé bullet points dressed up as hobbies. They're what I actually think about. I like problems where the stakes are human: a student missing a deadline, a commuter lost in Old Dhaka, a teacher grading under time pressure, a citizen staring at a pothole that nobody fixes. Technology that touches those lives is the technology worth building.
My approach to learning is simple — pick a real problem, build the solution, learn whatever the solution demands. Right now that means offline-first architectures, Flutter's local-first storage patterns, agentic AI systems, and the kind of API plumbing that makes products feel alive. I don't master technologies in theory; I collide with them in practice.
Long term, I want to build durable technology products — practical, AI-powered tools that improve productivity and everyday life. But I believe the only honest way there is the long way: one useful, working, real-world project at a time.
“Simplifying people's lives through technology.”
